Off-grid experiences
I am currently preparing a very special experience that isn't for suitable for everybody. You'll be staying (up to 6 people) in a small old stone hut in a mountainous setting, yet very close to the sea (~2km). To access this place, you'll need to have a car that isn't afraid to traverse some easy dirt roads. You'll have power from an autonomous system with batteries, a small fridge and cleaning water from a tank. There will be a shower with hot water and a proper toilet. Drinking water will be provided separately. You'll be cooking in a fire stove and a butane burner. The same fire stove will be keeping you warm. You'll be sleeping in a wooden bed with a proper anatomic mattress. Everything will be hand-built. And it will be the perfect detox from the digital world and the dense electric networks that surround us.
The only prerequisites to have a perfect time there is that you have positive spirits, you respect the environment and that you make logical use of the resources that will be provided for you.

Luxurious property in central Pelion
Very shortly I'll be adding one more residence in central Pelion. A stone-built 4 bedroom house, traditional and very luxuriously decorated, with parking space for two cars and charging ability for electric vehicles.
