Ι manage both my own property—olive and chestnut groves—as well as that of third parties, and I have been doing so for several years. At this stage, I cultivate what is already in good condition and work on restoring what has been neglected. My approach is to combine the latest knowledge in olive cultivation with advances in technology, while at the same time preserving the sound practices of our ancestors.
In all my activities, I focus on producing products and providing services of very high quality. I believe this is the only worthwhile path for anyone who wants to stand out in a market that is saturated with cheap, fake, and mass-produced goods.
At present, I am in the process of standardizing my products under a company brand that is currently being established.
Olive oil
I am a producer of olive oil. My trees are in sloped mountainous areas in central Pelion and they are not irrigated or being constantly treated with chemicals. Whenever a treatment is needed, I use biological products to do that.
And because having the quality isn't enough, you need to prove it as well, I am currently in the process of getting a biological product certification for all of my plots of land.
