This is a house that was built in the 1950's and was fully renovated in 2020-2021.

It is stone built and features a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with double beds and a large patio up front. The house can sleep 8 persons in total, 2 in each bedroom and up to 4 in the living room in high-quality mattresses. The house is also equipped with a laundry machine and a baby bed with a custom-made mattress. Each room features a modern newly-installed air conditioning unit and there is also a fireplace in the living room. Fire wood is provided. Behind the house there's parking space suitable for 2+ cars and the house is inside a 1600m2 plot of land full of trees and herbs.

The property is 20 metres up from the main road and the village centre is a quick 500 metres, where you will find cafés, bars, restaurants, mini markets, a police station and many other amenities.

In this house lived my aunt, Eleni (Neni) Karayianni, who was a renowned painter. She passed away in 1995. You can visit her art collection upon arrangement.

A two-story 120 m² maisonette right at the seafront, completed in 2006 and renovated in 2019. The ground floor is a large unified area with living room together with a fully-equipped kitchen, plus a small WC. Upstairs there are two large bedrooms and the bathroom, plus a private area. The house can sleep up to 5 persons, two at the front bedroom and 3 at the rear one. A baby bed is provided along with a custom-made mattress. At the rear there is parking space for two cars and a small garden, which I plant during spring so that guests can enjoy fresh biological produce. Then at the front there's a large garden suitable for sunbathing and playing...

It is situated at the beach of Platanidia, which is the coastal part of Ano Lehonia, a few kilometers outside Volos. The house is situated about 700 metres from the neighbourhood centre, where you will find a mini market, the bus stop and some cafés and restaurants.

I have taken up maintaining my family's olive and chestnut trees. Some plots were in very good shape while others were neglected for many years. I am now in the process of bringing all my land up to shape and continuing my family's tradition of producing top quality biological products.
