A two-story 120 m2 maisonette right at the seafront, completed in 2006 and renovated in 2019. The ground floor is a large unified area with living room together with a fully-equipped kitchen, plus a small WC. Upstairs there are two large bedrooms and the bathroom, plus a private area. The house can sleep up to 5 persons, two at the front bedroom and 3 at the rear one. A baby bed is provided along with a custom-made mattress. At the rear there is parking space for two cars and a small garden, which I plant during spring so that guests can enjoy fresh biological produce. It is situated at the beach of Platanidia, which is the coastal part of Ano Lehonia, a few kilometers outside Volos. The house is situated about 700 metres from the neighbourhood centre, where you will find a mini market, the bus stop and some cafés and restaurants.
